Although stolen shipments of
notes comprise only a small portion of my transactions I am sick and tired
of spending hours preparing deals and packages then having them stolen in
shipment even when sent by registered mail. Unlike coins, paper money has
serial numbers and they can be traced if the information gets out to
collectors and dealers. With your assistance these thieves can be caught.
If you have had banknotes stolen,
and have the serial numbers and wish to have your notes listed here, send
us the information and circumstances and we will list your notes. Lets get
these thieves off the streets and out of our postal systems.
I have listed here two data
bases, the first contains a listing of shipments lost, the notes and
serial numbers of the more valuable notes. The second is a listing by
serial number. If any of these notes are sold or traded to you I request
that you inform myself, and/or the contact person. If the information is
provided to me I will contact the local police where the guilty party
lives.
